Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – White Mountain Party Rentals, LLC Thank you for choosing White Mountain Party Rentals, LLC! Please review our booking policy before confirming your reservation: 1. Reservation & Payment All bookings must be made online or by phone and are subject to availability. Full cost of rental is required at the time of booking to secure your rental. We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payments through our secure checkout system. 2. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made 7+ days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a raincheck (credit) valid for up to 12 months. Cancellations due to severe weather (e.g. high winds, heavy rain) will also receive a full credit. 3. Delivery & Setup We deliver and set up the bounce house at least 30 minutes before your rental time begins. Delivery is included within a 30 mile radius of North Conway. Additional fees may apply for further distances. A flat, clean surface (grass preferred) is required for safe setup. Please clear the area of debris, animal waste, or hazards. 4. Safety & Supervision An adult (18+) must supervise the bounce house at all times. No shoes, food, drinks, pets, or sharp objects allowed inside the bounce house. We reserve the right to cancel the rental without refund if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present. 5. Weather Policy If inclement weather is forecasted and we mutually agree it is unsafe, we will reschedule at no charge or issue a credit. Once the bounce house has been delivered and set up, no refunds or discounts will be issued due to weather-related early takedowns.
